Current public disclosures

Website, application, and service boundaries.

These disclosures explain the current public sales process. They do not replace the service agreement provided after qualification.

01

Website privacy

The website provides service information, downloadable documents and a qualification application portal. The portal does not accept restaurant operating files and does not ask visitors to submit payment-card, banking, employee, POS-login or operating-record data.

The website records a limited set of first-party funnel events—such as calculator completion, checklist download, and application submission—to evaluate whether public tools are useful. These events do not include calculator amounts, form contents, contact information, advertising identifiers, or cross-site tracking data.

Do not transmit sensitive restaurant information through an ordinary website message or unsolicited email. Additional privacy, access, retention, and deletion terms must be provided through the controlled engagement documents before records intake.

02

Application terms

Submitting or completing an application is a request for qualification only. It does not create a consulting engagement, guarantee acceptance, reserve delivery capacity, or authorize work to begin.

Qualification considers operating history, data availability, scope fit, operational complexity, decision-maker participation, and management readiness to act. Kitchen Savvy PRO may decline an application that does not fit the controlled service scope.

03

Application privacy

The application portal collects business identity, location, operating profile, contact information, record-availability selections, management readiness and the applicant’s stated business concern. Kitchen Savvy PRO uses this information to evaluate service fit, contact the applicant, manage follow-up and maintain application records.

Application information is restricted to authorized business administration and retained only as long as reasonably necessary for qualification, follow-up, security, legitimate business records or applicable legal obligations. Applicants may request correction or deletion, subject to records Kitchen Savvy PRO must reasonably retain. The portal does not sell application information or authorize unrelated marketing use.

04

Data handling

Operating records are requested only after qualification, agreement acceptance, and payment. Customers receive controlled intake instructions and remain responsible for removing information that is unnecessary for the operational review.

Kitchen Savvy PRO does not request POS passwords, online-banking credentials, full payment-card data, protected health information, or unnecessary employee-identifying information. Analysis is limited by the completeness and reliability of the records supplied.

05

Service boundaries

The Restaurant Profit Retention Audit provides operational analysis, evidence-based findings, and management recommendations. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, employment, regulatory, onsite-management, vendor-negotiation, or ongoing restaurant-management services.

The customer retains responsibility for business decisions, implementation, legal compliance, accounting treatment, staffing actions, vendor decisions, and validation of realized financial results. Savings and profit improvement are not guaranteed.

06

Commercial terms

The current offer is a $995 one-time founding-client fee for one restaurant location, up to 90 days of operating records, up to 20 priority menu items, and up to three primary suppliers. Deliverables are a findings report, a 30/60/90-day action plan, and one 60-minute findings review.

Work begins only after qualification, written service-agreement acceptance, payment, and minimum data completeness. Cancellation, refund, liability, governing-law, retention, and other controlling terms are governed only by the signed service agreement. No statement on this page creates or changes those terms.

Document status

These website disclosures summarize the public qualification process. The signed customer service agreement controls each accepted engagement.
