Application sequence

What happens after submission.

The application is a qualification request. It does not create an engagement or authorize Kitchen Savvy PRO to begin work.

01

Submit

Complete the restaurant profile, confirm available records and identify the primary concern. No operating records are submitted at this stage.

02

Qualification review

Kitchen Savvy PRO reviews fit, scope, data readiness, operational complexity, and decision-maker participation.

03

Agreement and payment

If accepted, the service agreement and payment step are completed before secure intake begins.

Defined outcome

Findings, priorities, and an implementation path.

The engagement includes a management findings report, a 30/60/90-day action plan, and one 60-minute findings review.

Important boundary

Findings depend on the records supplied and evidence available. Potential exposure, verified findings, and realized results are treated separately. Savings and profit improvement are not guaranteed.
